Background

Grant Ferguson’s 26-year marketing and management career has spanned start-ups to Fortune 100 companies as entrepreneur, executive, interim leader and consultant.  His first taste of starting and selling a company was a personal one - early in his career co-founded a call center outsourcer based in Ireland, grew it and sold it 7 years later.  Drawing on personal experience – including his many mistakes -- he has since helped many other entrepreneurs maximize the value of their hard work.  Grant has a unique ability to think strategically and draw on big-company best practices while executing quickly in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments.  Through his long career he has cultivated a deep referral network of skilled professionals whose subject matter expertise he is able to draw on to help his clients.
